Comment: Contrary to popular beleif, neither of these releases are illegal / bootlegs. Mercury Records owned the rights to the Smile recordings from when they released the single Earth (Step On Me) in 1969, and later sold the rights to Pseudonym Records for a limited run (hence the CD's rarity) of just 5000 worldwide.
